Return & Refund Policy – Wink & Wear

At Wink & Wear, each product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

Eligible for Replacement / Refund

  • We only offer replacement or refund in case of a manufacturing defect or damaged product.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the defect.

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Size-related issues (wrong fit, size mismatch, or change of preference)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

⚠️ Please note: Since our products are often made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for size issues. Kindly refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Replacement Process

  • Once the defect is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received (if applicable).

📩 How to Raise a Request

Please contact us at support@winkandwearco.myshopify.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the defect
